Vertical People Function Position People Partner (Human Resources Business Partner) Reporting Lead People Function Qualification MBA in HR Experience 1+ years in similar role Role Type On-roll Skills Required Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Experience with HR analytics or reporting tools. Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying data. Coordinate training and development initiatives and track participation and completion. Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications. Provide support in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues. Assist with performance review processes and documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
