Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our human resources department. The intern will assist in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain and update HR databases and records
• Help organize and coordinate onboarding processes
• Support in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and documentation
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Conduct basic research and prepare reports for HR analytics
• Help maintain a positive work culture aligned with our creative values

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Interest in the media/entertainment/creative industry is a plus
