Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates

• Maintain and update internship and recruitment trackers

• Help draft job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms

• Assist in onboarding and documentation for new hires

• Support internal communications, HR operations, and engagement activities

• Participate in feedback collection and intern review processes.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Interest in recruitment, operations, and employer branding

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
