Finance & Accounts Executive

Executive – Accountant Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and balance sheets Process and manage vendor invoices, staff reimbursements, and client billing Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance Coordinate with auditors for timely and smooth audit processes Maintain records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards Assist in payroll processing and expense management Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate cost tracking for each event Prepare PO for Artist & Invoice for Clients. Collect Reimbursement from employees cross verify accuracy.
