Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Recruitment and Onboarding - Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviews and reference check. - Prepare offer letters, contracts, and manage onboarding process for new employees. - Employee Relations. - Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns. - Foster a positive work environment by addressing workplace conflicts, facilitating communication, and providing support to employees and management. - HR Policy & Compliance. - Ensure Company Complies with labour Laws and regulations. - Payroll. - Performance management. - Training and development. - Organise Training session and support the professional development of employees. - Maintain Employee records, including attendance, leave management, and personal information. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administration, Candidate should have experience in Civil Contracting firm. - Strong knowledge of HR Laws, Compliance, and best practices. - Excellent communication. - Ability to multitask.
