Job Title: HR Recruiter – Sales Hiring

Location: Bangalore

Reports To: HR Manager / Head – Human Resources

Experience Required: 1–2 years (Real Estate sales recruitment experience preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic HR Recruiter – Sales Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified sales professionals to support our residential and commercial project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales roles (e.g., Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Channel Sales, Pre-sales).

• Understand hiring needs by coordinating with the Sales Head and senior management.

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment agencies.

• Conduct initial screening calls, evaluate candidates' communication skills, real estate experience, and sales aptitude.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with sales leadership and follow up for feedback.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Draft and post job advertisements tailored to sales profiles.

• Handle offer negotiations and coordinate with candidates until joining.

• Support in organizing walk-in drives, job fairs, and bulk hiring events for sales recruitment.

• Ensure all hiring activities are aligned with the company’s standards and culture.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry

• Strong understanding of real estate sales roles and required skillsets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure and high-volume hiring

• Proficient in using job portals, Excel, and basic HR systems
