mobile industry is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. They work with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and facilitate interviews. Additionally, they maintain the recruitment database, track key metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities: Sourcing and Screening: Identifying potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. Interviewing: Conducting phone screens, in-person interviews, and potentially using assessments to evaluate candidates. Onboarding: Managing the process of bringing new hires on board, including paperwork, introductions, and initial training. Communication: Maintaining regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Compliance: Ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to relevant labor laws and company policies. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and updating candidate information. Metrics Tracking: Monitoring key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to assess and improve recruitment effectiveness. Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Employer Branding: Promoting the company as an employer of choice through various channels. Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends and competitor practices to attract top talent. Skills: Recruitment Expertise: Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various recruitment channels to find qualified candidates.
