HR Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment needs .. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and hiring qualified teaching and non-teaching staff, ensuring alignment with our school's values, academic standards, and culture. Experience in educational recruitment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand staffing needs for academic and non-academic positions in coordination with school leadership.
• Source suitable candidates through various channels including job portals, educational networks, and teacher training institutes.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and assess candidates' fit for the school's values and role expectations.
• Schedule and coordinate demo classes, technical rounds, and panel interviews.
• Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Verify qualifications, background checks, and reference validation for shortlisted candidates.
• Support onboarding and orientation of newly hired staff.
• Promote a strong employer brand within the education community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment; prior experience in school or education sector preferred.
• Familiarity with teacher qualification standards (CBSE, ICSE, IB, etc.) and educational hiring norms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HRMS or school ERP systems.
• Knowledge of teacher training and certification programs.
• Ability to assess soft skills, teaching aptitude, and cultural alignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kannamangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
