About the Role:

Cusec Consulting LLP is looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing Real Estate Division. This role is crucial in attracting top-tier talent across key verticals such as Sales, Property Management, and Operations. You will work closely with business leaders to identify hiring needs, craft sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles including Sales, Leasing, Property Management, and Operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively source candidates using various application platforms.
• Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and coordination of interview processes with stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring demands.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Leverage data and metrics to improve recruitment processes and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with HR team on employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1–6 years in HR recruitment, with at least 1 year in the real estate domain preferred.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring for real estate-specific functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
• Familiarity with ATS and HR Tools.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, hiring metrics, and current talent trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail.
