Job Description:

QualySec Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, and HR coordination within the cybersecurity domain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and track candidate progress.
• Draft job descriptions and help post openings on relevant channels.
• Conduct initial telephonic rounds and assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate and follow up with candidates during the recruitment lifecycle.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation processes.
• Support other HR functions like employee engagement, documentation, and data entry.

Skills Required

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), Excel, and communication tools is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
