Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment metrics.

Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support daily administrative tasks including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and facility management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter or HR admin.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
