Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding
Employee Engagement & Team Welfare Programs
Payroll Management & Statutory Compliance
HR Policy Development & Implementation

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Preferred background: Experience in agencies, training institutes, or digital marketing-related environments
