About the Internship:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a full-time, on-site internship. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources and want to gain real-world experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documents.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Help with internal communication, employee engagement activities, and documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments to support HR functions as needed.
• Learn and use HR tools/software to manage recruitment and personnel tasks.

Requirements:

• Interest in HR functions, recruitment, and people management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must own a personal laptop.
