HR Intern – Roles and Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing and Screening
• Assist in identifying potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and schedule interviews.
• Cold Calling and Lead Generation
• Perform cold calling to reach out to potential candidates and leads.
• Generate and qualify leads for paid internship programs and professional workshops.
• Maintain a database of interested candidates and follow up as necessary.
• Coordination and Communication
• Communicate internship and workshop details clearly to prospective candidates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external participants to ensure smooth execution of HR campaigns.
• Data Management and Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and conversions.
• Prepare periodic reports on recruitment metrics and lead generation performance.
• Event and Workshop Support
• Support the planning and execution of HR-related events, workshops, and webinars.
• Assist in participant engagement and feedback collection.
• Administrative Support
• Handle general HR administrative tasks such as drafting emails, maintaining HR documents, and updating databases.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
