Job Summary:

Bansal Tea – Tea Linkers is looking for young, energetic, and passionate individuals to join our HR team as HR Interns. This is a permanent role offering an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA graduates or aspiring HR professionals to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with us. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and documentation.
• Support in maintaining employee records and databases.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and department heads.
• Help in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance tasks.
• Support HR team in drafting letters, memos, and internal communications.
• Contribute to developing and updating HR policies and processes.
• Handle basic queries of employees and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
