Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Intern role at Wogle Tech in Bengaluru. The intern will be responsible for supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks.

Qualifications:

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a related field of study (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration).

Requirement:

• Only MALAYALAM or TAMIL native people are wanted for this role.
• Only 2024 passed out or 2025 passing out batch is preferred.
• Should be available to join immediately.
• Girls are only preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
