Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various functions of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Help with HR compliance and administrative tasks.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
