HR Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate HR Intern (Female Only) who has recently completed an MBA program. The HR Intern will support the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and interviewers for interview schedules and feedback.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of documentation and induction programs.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness programs.
• Assist with performance management and feedback processes.

Qualifications:-

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
• Fluent English.
