Job Title: HR Intern (Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Communicate with applicants via calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Support the team in closing open positions within deadlines
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed MBA/BBA in HR or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Eagerness to learn and grow in recruitment
