Job Title: HR Intern (Remote | Internship)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our growing team remotely. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and publishing job descriptions on various platforms.
• Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
• Maintain HR records and documentation.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and virtual HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Comfortable working remotely with good time management.

Stipend Details:

• First 3 months: Unpaid training internship (hands-on learning experience).
• From 4th month onwards: Stipend ₹5,000–₹8,000 per month based on performance.
