Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Jaipur for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. They will also support employer branding initiatives and help maintain a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Experience with Hiring and Interviewing processes
• Knowledge of Employer Branding techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus
