Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in executing day-to-day operations and assisting in various human resources initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and induction processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
• Provide administrative support in HR operations and documentation
• Coordinate with various departments for HR-related queries

Who Can Apply:

• Students pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Freshers with strong interest in HR are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn
