* Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all retail store positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

* Conduct job analyses and develop accurate and compelling job descriptions.

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.

* Employee Engagement and Retention:

* Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and engaging work environment, enhancing employee morale and retention.

* Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

* Proactively address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.

* Performance Management:

* Implement and administer performance appraisal systems, ensuring timely and constructive performance reviews.

* Identify employee training and development needs and recommend appropriate programs.

* Employee Relations and Compliance:

* Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

* Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.

* HR Administration:

* Proficiently utilize HRIS and payroll systems for accurate record-keeping and efficient HR processes.

Qualifications:

* Education: MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.

* Experience: 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the retail industry.

Skills:

* Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

* Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.

* Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

* Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
