Job Description

MBA- HR / MSW / SHRM / DLP with 5+ years experience in HR Field. To handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, ESIC, PF & payroll management, employee engagement, compliance & HR documentation.

Required Candidate profile

Proven experience in core HR activities. Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Strong communication, people management & organizational skills.
