Hiring for HR & Admin Executive for Nanda Chemicals, SPSR, Sarvepalli, Nellore.

Candidate should have good communication skills and letter drafting and admin operations.

• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Should be proficient in Preparation of Letters, Factory related registrations and renewals
• Manage and supervise the HR department staff.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain HR records, including 

  employee files

  , compensation, and benefits information.
• Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
• Oversee and manage 

  employee wellness and safety programs

• Negotiate and manage labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HRw processes.
• Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee unions.

Qualification

• MBA/MHRM?MSW in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
• Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
