Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with IT industry expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong HR background in technology sector with proven people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Utilize LinkedIn effectively for sourcing candidates and employer branding
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve objectives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
• Design employee engagement and retention programs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of HR executive experience in the IT/technology industry
• Proven people management experience with direct reports
• Excellent command of LinkedIn for recruitment and networking
• Mandatory fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and compensation structures
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
