About The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Associate to support our recruitment and HR operations for a growing team of tech professionals. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and supporting technical talent across our consulting projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end tech recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Manage onboarding for developers, engineers, and consultants, ensuring smooth integration into client projects. Maintain accurate records in our HR systems and track consultant assignments. Coordinate with project managers on resource allocation and deployment. Support timesheet tracking, basic HR reporting, and employee engagement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience, ideally in tech or IT consulting. Strong communication and organization skills. Comfortable working with technical roles and remote teams. Experience with HR tools or ATS is a plus. Skills:- Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Recruitment and Staff augmentation
