Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Kottakkal, Kerala (Onsite – Office Reporting)

Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong system knowledge, and passion to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Requirements:

• Proficient in computer operations – MS Word, Excel, and email
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment coordination – scheduling interviews and updating trackers
• Help facilitate new hire onboarding and exit processes
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative functions
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in HR systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
