Job Description

Job Title: HR cum Admin Assistant

Position Overview: The HR cum Administration Executive will play a key role in supporting the human resources and administrative functions of the company. This position requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly navigate between HR responsibilities and administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
Administer onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.Handle employee relations, addressing queries and concerns, and fostering a positive work culture.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support talent development initiatives.

Administration: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.Assist in travel coordination and expense management for employees.Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services.Support the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement activities.

Compliance and Policy Implementation: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.

Employee Benefits Administration:Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and facilitate open enrollment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administration roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
