Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee records management, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate HR documentation (contracts, policies, etc.)
  • Handle employee queries and assist in HR-related tasks
  • Support payroll and attendance tracking

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (a plus)
  • Prior experience in an HR role is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Work Location: In person
