We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Contracting Manager to join our team in Letsgoa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing partnerships with hotels across Goa, negotiating favourable contracts, and expanding our hotel inventory. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth, ensuring competitive pricing, and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners to deliver value to our customers.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

·       3+ years of experience in hotel contracting, revenue management, or business development within the India or Goa hospitality or travel industry.

·       Strong negotiation and communication skills.

·       Knowledge of the India/ Goa hotel industry, market dynamics, and legal considerations.

·       Familiarity with OTA platforms, hotel operations, and industry standards.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.

·       Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

·       Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

·       Experience working with hotel chains, franchises, or independent hotels.

·       Knowledge of contract management software and CRM tools.

·       Understanding of Indian legal and regulatory requirements related to hospitality and contracts.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Note

Candidates with a background in Insurance, Travel, Banquet Sales, or Restaurant Onboarding will be preferred.
