The Hospitality Officer will be responsible for managing , visitors, internal events, and employee
hospitality services. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional environment for
employees, clients, and guests within a fast-paced IT workplace.
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and Sr. Leaders in a courteous and professional manner.
Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare meeting spaces, and assist with AV/refreshments.
Maintain a visitor log and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Oversee pantry services, snacks, beverages, and office hospitality supplies.
Coordinate with facility vendors for catering, housekeeping, and maintenance support.
Support the HR/Admin team in organizing employee events, celebrations, and conferences.
Assist in creating a pleasant and inclusive environment for staff and guests.
Arrange travel, lodging, and local transportation for visiting employees or clients.
Manage hospitality-related inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
