Loan Application Management : Assist clients in completing loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified. Financial Analysis : Evaluate clients' creditworthiness and financial information to determine loan eligibility. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all loan processes adhere to current lending laws and regulations. Liaison Duties : Coordinate between clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely loan processing and approval. Experience : Proven experience as a Loan Officer or Mortgage Specialist. Knowledge : In-depth understanding of home loan products, lending procedures, and mortgage regulations. Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.
