Telesales Executive - loan

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and converting inquiries into successful loan applications. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of financial products, particularly loans. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote various loan products (e.g., personal, home, business loans). Explain the features and benefits of loan offerings to customers. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries promptly. Stay updated with loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and RBI guidelines.
