Relevant Experience: 5 to 8 Years


Experience and Key skill sets required:

  • 5+ years in Digital sales / inside sales, preferably in secured lending (HL / LAP).
  • 1–2 years’ experience leading a team.
  • Strong coaching, process, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM / dialer tools
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner management or strategic planning, preferably within fintech or secured lending.
  • Technical aptitude with preferred experience in API integrations and tech solutions.
  • Proficient in data analysis and deriving strategic insights.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and coach a team of 5-10 Digital sales agents, driving high performance and productivity.
  • Ensure achievement of team targets for lead-to-login and lead-to-disbursal conversions.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling of agents.
  • Partnership Onboarding.
  • Partner Relationship Management.
  • API Integration.
  • Data Analysis and Insights.
  • Strategic Partnership Planning.
