Head of Sales


Key Responsibilities                                                                                                                                  



Strategic Sales Leadership

·      Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

·      Set clear revenue and growth targets across services (Managed Services, Staffing, Digital Loyalty).

Business Development & Client Acquisition

·      Identify and onboard new clients, especially within FMCG, Alco-bev, and Consumer Goods sectors.

·      Lead high-impact client pitches and solutioning discussions.


Key Account Management

·      Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXO/VP/Director level).

·      Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth by delivering value-added solutions.

Team Management & Development

·      Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales and BD team.

·      Set goals, monitor performance, and enable capability development through training and coaching.


Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

·      Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

·      Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams for innovation and service enhancement.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting

·      Drive pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and performance tracking using CRM and analytics tools.

·      Prepare and present regular reports to the leadership team.

Cross-functional Collaboration

·      Work closely with Delivery, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

·      Ensure internal alignment to meet client SLAs and deliverables.

P&L Ownership & Revenue Accountability

·      Own and manage sales budgets, profitability targets, and commercial outcomes.

·      Drive cost-effective client acquisition strategies without compromising quality.

·      Strong business acumen, with an ability to create tailored solutions for large enterprise clients

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

·      Ability to drive growth independently and lead a performance-driven sales team

·      Open to travel for business development and client meetings
