About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven New Business Development Manager with an advertising background to create new client relationships, coordinate campaigns, and contribute to business growth. This role requires strong client-facing skills, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities: Expand existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for additional services and campaigns. Present, promote and sell film production services to creative agencies and brands. Researching potential leads from business directories, LinkedIn searches, or even Instagram. Cold calling/emailing; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients. Identify target brands, agencies contact them, and close deals. Includes creating customized decks and sharing them. Proactively engage in door-to-door visits and cold meets to agencies and brands in order to establish and nurture new business relationships. Act as the day-to-day dedicated point of contact for your partners on all planning and productions. Keep track of networking events and lead interactions one-to-one. Basic Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing sales role within advertising, marketing or PR. Proven experience in client coordination and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive approach to business development and client relationship management. What's in it for you? : Flexible working hours.
