Relevant Experience: · 10–15+ years in enterprise/ corporate sales and business development. (Must Have) · At least 5+ years of leadership experience (Managing Regional Heads, Senior Manager, or a large team of sales people). · Experience in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles. · Experience in owning revenue for a region, department, or product line. Competencies: · Sales Strategy & Planning : Ability to develop and execute a sales roadmap in line with company goals. · Team Leadership : Experience in mentoring, guiding, and motivating a large team of sales managers/executives. · Business Development: Strong track record in securing new clients, entering new markets, and growing revenue. · Client Relationship Management: Ability to manage key accounts, resolve issues, and foster long-term relationships. · Target Orientation: Consistent delivery against ambitious revenue and margin goals. · Negotiation & Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiator, clear and assertive communicator. · Commercial Acumen : Ability to interpret financial reports, pricing strategies, and market trends. Data-Driven : Ability to leverage data and CRM reports to drive decision making.
