Key Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy

  for India across tech and non-tech functions
• Build and scale TA teams across Hyderabad, Pune, and Bangalore
• Partner with global and India leadership to align hiring with business priorities
• Drive end-to-end recruitment process: workforce planning, sourcing, branding, candidate experience, and offer management
• Enable rapid GCC scale-up while maintaining quality and diversity benchmarks
• Collaborate with HRBPs, CoEs, and external partners (consultants, vendors)
• Use data-driven hiring metrics to continuously optimize recruitment operations
• Implement best-in-class tools, processes, and systems for efficiency and scalability

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of TA experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in

  scaling hiring for a GCC / captive center / large MNC

  in India
• Strong exposure to both

  volume and niche hiring

  across multiple functions
• Hands-on experience in managing distributed teams across multiple cities
• Strategic mindset with strong execution and stakeholder management skills
• Well-versed with modern ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced, global matrix environment
