Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Head of Customer Relationship Management. The Head of CRM will oversee customer retention strategies, analyze data to improve customer experience, and manage market segmentation. Key responsibilities also include leading the CRM team, developing and executing CRM initiatives, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Retention and Customer Experience strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
• Expertise in Market Segmentation and understanding customer demographics
• Effective Team Management skills to lead and motivate the CRM team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
