Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure HCL DX workflows for content publishing and governance
• Implement role-based approval processes with versioning and rollback
• Work with WCM to align workflow structures with content models
• Customize workflow steps using Java, JSP, and XML
• Integrate workflow tasks with notifications, API triggers, and business events
• Maintain workflow templates and documentation
• Collaborate with QA and content teams to test and refine workflow behavior
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with HCL DX Workflow and WCM modules
• Java/J2EE and JSP development knowledge
• Understanding of workflow modeling, lifecycle states, and approvals
• Familiarity with WAS, LDAP, and security configurations
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BPM platforms or process orchestration tools
• Understanding of WCAG and content compliance automation
  

Soft Skills

• Analytical approach to process design
• Good communicator across technical and non-technical teams
• Organized and proactive in managing workflow versions
