Key Responsibilities 1.Project Leadership Define scope, timelines, and cost estimates. Lead planning, monitoring, and execution using Agile/Scrum (Jira, Confluence). Own project delivery against SLAs and quality benchmarks. 2.IoT Implementation Oversight Supervise deployment of IoT edge devices (sensors, gateways, cameras). Manage firmware updates and hardware health monitoring. Coordinate camera streaming integrations (ALPR, occupancy detection). Explore barrier/RFID controls as part of access and payment integration. Collaborate with hardware vendors, firmware engineers, software developers, field ops. Ensure seamless data flow from device cloud mobile/web dashboards. Communicate project status, risk to senior management. Manage vendor partnerships and procurement cycles. Conduct user acceptance tests and field validations. Develop SoWs, test plans, device specifications, and deployment manuals. Generate periodic analytics and status reports for internal/external stakeholders.
