Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Knowledge of Hardware of PCs, Thin Clients, Laptops, Printers, installation and back up of Operating Systems and Other Software, Installation of printers, Configuration of printers in RDSH environments.
Knowledge of OS Support to printers, Installation of Printer Drivers, Configuration of Wireless Access Points, Remote Connections, Network related assets like Network Switches, Hubs, POEs, Patch Panels, application deployment, anti-virus & Firewall settings.
Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools and techniques.
Manage asset inventory, deploy new systems, and perform system engineering tasks.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless system installation and maintenance.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, antivirus updates, and disk space monitoring.

Employment Type- Contract ( 1 Year Contract)

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience in Desktop Support or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
Diploma holder from any specialization; ITI certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows), networking protocols (TCP/IP), and troubleshooting techniques.
