Key Responsibilities: Sales: Engage in direct, personal visit-based selling with customers, as per pre-set schedules and achieve sales targets Sales Support: Facilitate, coordinate, and support our sales agents in achieving targets. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement both short-term and long-term sales plans. Customer Engagement: Actively add new customers while nurturing existing relationships across India. Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal use of resources for financially balanced operations. Market Coverage: Cover a wide range of customer segments, including Aerospace, Automobile OEMs and Auto part makers, Machine Tool OEMs, Power Equipment, and other manufacturing industries. Travel: This role requires extensive travel across India. Qualifications: Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 8+ years of field sales experience in machine tools or cutting tools or work holding products, or tool holders. Adequate process engineering knowledge and ability to engage meaningfully with the end-users. Excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to implement systematic sales schedules.
