Our teams of in-house experts take care of sales & reservations, marketing, house-keeping, hospitality, repairs, maintenance and the general upkeep of properties so one can earn rental returns without lifting a finger! Your Role As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall guest experience and ensuring that the property operates at the highest standards of hospitality and efficiency. You will manage on-site teams—including housekeeping, butlers & villa attendants—to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of enhancing guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. About You Minimum 1 year in Hospitality and Guest Services with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to manage housekeeping and support staff effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns efficiently. Quick decision-maker with a proactive approach to handling challenges. Strong stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal teams and vendors. Ensuring high property standards, cleanliness, and service excellence. Job Description This is a full-time on-site role (Based in Goa!) for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations executive will be responsible for managing guest interactions, ensuring high levels of customer service, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and providing excellent customer experiences. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with guests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
