Guest Relationship Executive (Female) – Osho Himalayas and Wellness Resort

📍 Location: Gopalpur, Dharamashala

🕘 Full-Time | On-Site – Day Shift (8:00AM-6:00PM)

Key Responsibilities:

·       Greet guests with a warm and professional welcome upon arrival

·       Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously

·       Manage guest requests, queries, and feedback with empathy and promptness

·       Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

·       Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest information, and payments

·       Provide information about the resort’s amenities, wellness programs, and surrounding attractions

·       Assist with reservations, billing, and concierge services as needed

·       Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and guest care

Requirements:

·       Female candidates only, as per the resort's staffing requirements

·       Prior experience in front office, hospitality, or customer service is preferred

·       Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

·       Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and a calm demeanor

·       Ability to multitask, remain composed under pressure, and maintain confidentiality

·       Passion for wellness, hospitality, and holistic guest care
