The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is the first point of contact for members and visitors at the Yoga Centre. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring a smooth front-desk operation, addressing queries, promoting membership plans, and supporting overall client satisfaction. The GRE serves as a bridge between members and the internal team to ensure a holistic and positive experience.

The Position

To achieve our goals, we are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our team and provide timely, empathetic help that keeps the guest needs at the forefront of every interaction. The Guest Relations Executive will work collaboratively with the rest of the teams, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is one who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a genuine passion for hospitality and yoga. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi.

To succeed in this role, you should have an in-depth understanding of yoga and its numerous benefits. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Management

  • Greet members, guests, and visitors warmly and courteously.
  • Handle check-ins/check-outs, class bookings, and registrations.
  • Supply visitors/guests with directions and information regarding amenities, services, and hours of operation, ensuring a positive experience at the centre.
  • Welcome all visitors; assist individuals with disabilities; anticipate and address their needs and concerns.
  • Respond to guest reviews and comments and reply to their messages as required.
  • Actively seek feedback to enhance the service standards for guests.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with the organization’s guidelines and regulations when carrying out work duties.
  • Work on the business app and help clients in signing in, check out, and handling POS (point of sale).
  • Performs any other duties relevant to the area of function as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of the reception area.

2. Customer Service & Relations

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about class schedules, facilities, membership plans, and ongoing promotions.
  • Collect feedback from clients and address concerns with empathy and prompt resolution.

3. Membership Sales & Promotion

  • Proactively engage walk-in clients and explain yoga plans, benefits, and offers.
  • Conduct centre tours for prospects.
  • Follow up with leads and contribute to monthly membership sales targets.

4. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of new members, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Update CRM/software regularly for attendance, follow-ups, and trials.
  • Assist with reports related to footfall, memberships, and retention.

5. Coordination

  • Coordinate with yoga instructors and support staff for class flow and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the centre head for events, workshops, or special sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skillsets:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Wakes up in the morning wanting to provide an exceptional service experience.
  • Has excellent written and spoken English.
  • Is a good communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage crises successfully.
  • Has 1-4 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector.
  • Has a degree in Social Science, Communications, or related field.
  • Has a genuine commitment to the mission and vision of Lifeyoga.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
