Role Overview:

Growth Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• G2 Reviews & Reputation Building:

   Strategize and execute campaigns to grow online reputation and customer reviews.

• Market Research:

   Analyze industry trends, user needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth avenues.

• Data & Performance Tracking:

   Monitor KPIs, prepare dashboards, and generate insights for business decisions.

• Growth Experiments:

   Ideate and run low-cost, high-impact growth hacks to increase user acquisition and retention.

• Product Feedback Loop:

   Coordinate with users and the product team to enhance user experience and value delivery.

• Strategic Partnerships:

   Support outreach and evaluation of new partnership opportunities.

• Community Engagement:

   Assist in building and engaging user communities across platforms.

• Content Support:

   Work with the marketing team to draft content aligned with growth campaigns.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in 

  BCom, BBA, Marketing, Economics, or related fields

• Interest in 

  digital platforms, growth strategy, and marketing

• Strong 

  analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with tools like 

  Google Sheets, Notion, Canva, or HubSpot

   is a plus
