Responsibilities

• Video Creation:

  Create and appear in short-form and long-form video content for YouTube and other platforms

• Editing & Uploading:

  Edit videos using tools like CapCut, VN, Canva, or Premiere Pro, and upload them with SEO-optimized titles and descriptions

• Content Writing:

  Write compelling scripts, captions, and descriptions for videos and social media posts

• Multi-Platform Content:

  Adapt and repurpose content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

• Trend Spotting:

  Keep up with and integrate trending formats, hooks, and hashtags

• Community Engagement:

  Respond to audience comments and foster interaction

• Analytics Review:

  Monitor video performance and suggest improvements

Key Requirements

• Comfortable speaking English and appearing on camera
• Prior experience in creating and editing video content
• A personal YouTube channel (past or present) is a strong advantage
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Self-driven with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines independently
