Graphics Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Graphics Designer with a creative mindset and ability to contribute to the overall visual direction of the project, possess strong foundational skills, eager to grow and learn with us. You will collaborate as part of a team to work on creating images and animated transitions for advertising, websites, blog, stock content for sale, and designing content for Irix HDR software.

As a Graphics Designer, your responsibilities shall be creating visual concepts, designing for various media, use of design softwares including vector designs, typography and layout, branding and identity, collaboration, high quality and timely completion of work.

You possess a strong aesthetic sense, combining brand standards, typography, colour theory, and graphic elements. Knowledge of graphics designing softwares is a must.

The role is based in site office in South Delhi near Saket.

Responsibilities

1. Creating Visual concepts and design for various media.
2. Creating graphic content using still images and it’s high quality video transitions (including before-after slider transitions), vector designs.
3. Familiarise yourself with Irix HDR photo editing software.
4. Create App assets like Filters, Templates and Posters for Irix HDR software. Create graphics for onboarding, paywall, tool tips, tutorials, App clips etc.
5. Generate and share engaging content as per the schedule ensuring a minimum of 30 days inventory in advance of publishing date.
6. Create and maintain media inventory as per the event calendar for media presence. Maintain media archives for later reference.
7. Stay up to date with current technologies and trends. Suggest contextually relevant design content and ideas to improve engagement for organic growth and for advertising. 
8. Familiarise and contribute to emerging projects and ideas.
9. Collaborate with team members for a cohesive team effort and to ensure brand consistency.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

1. 1-3 years experience with design softwares.
2. Proficiency in industry standard software - Adobe Illustrator (or Affinity Designer), Photoshop (or Affinity Photo), basic knowledge of Premier Pro (or Davinci Resolve), After Effects to create videos with high quality transitions of images.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing your creatives and their relevance to the objective.
4. Ability to create visually compelling and realistic effects that align with the aesthetic and creative vision of the project.
5. Excellent storytelling abilities and an understanding of visual narratives.
6. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

Experience. Qualification

1 - 3 years of active experience

Having delivered one project as a lead 

Educational Qualification- Degree in graphic design or a related fine arts field with a demonstrable knowledge of design softwares, experience and portfolio.
